An old experiment with this stainless steel urethral chastity "cage" when I was younger... Interresting experience but not very comfortable and secure for longer wear. I think that some kind of strap holding the ring close to the body would make it more wearable and secure.

I would love to see this with the device inverted so the bar is on top of the cock. That way you can not conceal the device and your cock will be in an upright position.
